Sasha grew up in Malawi with her missionary parents. She met Kago (CJ for short) in Cape Town, South Africa at a discipleship training programme where, as team leaders, they were also furthering their training. Whilst there, they extended their studies to develop their filmmaking, photography and creative arts skills.
Kago worked and trained with Sasha in youth organisations in his home country of Botswana and also in South Africa.
Recently they moved to Kunsitha Farm, Mzuzu, Malawi, to work with Sasha’s parents who train farmers, gardeners and village leaders in conservation farming methods.
They will help run various workshops as well do practical, administrative and pastoral work.
Meanwhile they are also establishing a media production company that focuses on telling other’s stories through short films and documentaries while providing a platform for youth that want to grow their media skills and share their own stories.
It’s a pleasure to partner with this enthusiastic young couple.
